Sizzling Garlic Peas


Igredients: 

500 grams or 3.3 cups of small frozen green peas
Two to four cloves of garlic)
Olive oil (other types of vegetable oils can also be used.)
Salt
White wine (optional)

Insturctions:

1.  Crush the garlic cloves and cut them into small pieces.

2. Line a frying pan with enough olive oil to cover the lower half of the garlic pieces.

3. Fry the garlic until it is light brown. Do not burn the garlic.

4. Add the frozen peas. You don't need to thaw them out.

5.  Lower the heat to medium heat.

5. Add salt and a small glass of wine. The wine is optional.

6. Stir and keep stirring until the peas lose that frozen color.

7. Cover the pan and let the peas simmer for around two minutes.

There you have it. I personally like to eat this with steamed rice.
